This look is inspired by Katy Perry. It is not an exact copy of one of her looks, but more a look I think she would wear:

Quick eyeliner pencil look

This is just a fast easy look. All you need is an eyeliner pencil, dont even really need a brush. I use this look often at work cause I can just do it while on the train or bus to work.
